摘要 目的探讨消化内镜技师三级培训方法,以指导技师的临床教学工作。方法根据学员工作年资和基础,分初、中、高三种级别进行培训,各级别按理论培训、实践技能培训、考核三阶段实施。结果初级培训学员共54名,优秀率100%;中级培训学员共27名,优秀10名,良好15名,差2名;优秀率37%;高级培训学员共3名,优秀3名,优秀率100%。结论中级技师培训是消化内镜技师培训的重点和难点。 Objective To discuss the effect of three levels training of digestive endoscopy technicians, and to provide some useful suggestions for clinical teaching work. Methods Trainees were stratified into three groups of base, middle and high levels according to their seniority and ability, respectively receiving three steps for the training, which included theory study, skill training and final assessment. Scores of trainees were recorded and analyzed. Results Excellent rate was 37% in the group of middle level (10 of 27) , compared with the other groups, which was 100% in the groups of base (54) and high (3). Group of middle level had significantly lower excellent rate. All 27 members in the group of middle, 10 were excellent, 15 were good and 2 failed. Conclusion Training digestive endoscopy technicians of middle level is more difficult than the base and high levels, and needs more attention and efforts.
