摘要 在扫描电镜下观察大苇莺卵壳主要由壳膜层、乳锥层、柱状层和表层等超微结构构成。不同形态的壳膜纤维交错成网状,呈多层排列,其上有球状、茬状、火柴状芽突和纤维孔;有的纤维伸入壳内,可能参与气孔膜状内壁的形成。乳锥层由多角形锥体、锥突、锥核及锚连纤维构成,气孔开口于锥体间或锥突上,柱状层最厚,为壳功能的主体,含有大量气孔,气孔内有隔膜和球状塞,有助于控制气流和通气状况,保证胚胎发育过程气体交换的需要,开口于表层的气孔外口由钙结晶微球和护膜封闭,可保护胚胎免受细菌的侵袭,防止水分的丧失。 The eggshell ultrastructure of Acrocephalus arundinaceus was observed with scanning electron microscopy It is mainly composed of shell-membrane, mammillary cone, column and outer layers The fibres they interweave into net and arrange in layers are grooveor membrane-or line-form There are some bud-projections, ball, stubble, match-form and stubble-membrane ones There are fibre pores or pits on the fibres Some fibres, go into the shell, may participate in the membrane-wall of the air pore The mammilary cone layer is composed of cone bodies, core and cone projections with some anchoring fibres The body is polygon, on which there are some different projections for the fibres to anchor The inner mouths of the pore are small in or large between the bodies, and some may be the core The column is the thickest one of the layers There are many airs pores in the column for ventilation during the embryo development With the septum and ball pistons, the airflow in the tube may be controlled for warming air and protecting the developmental embryo The outer layer is thin There are some pore mouths on this one The calcite crystal ball close the pore with organic material from a cover layer, and the surface of eggshell is rough with many projections There are protein membranes produced by the oviduct to protect from bacteria and water loss
