降钙素原动态监测对肝移植术后感染并发症的诊断价值 被引量：8

摘要 感染和排斥反应是常见的肝移植术后并发症。但是目前对于早期鉴别诊断还没有可靠的检测方法。本研究拟通过对肝移植患者术后降钙素原（PCT）的动态监测，探讨PCT对于肝移植术后不明原因发热的鉴别诊断价值。
