2型糖尿病患者血清脂肪甘油三酯酯酶水平及其相关因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 新发现的脂肪甘油三酯酯酶(adipose triglyceride lipase,ATGL)被证明是脂质水解的限速酶。有研究发现,皮下和内脏脂肪组织ATGL mRNA的表达量与空腹胰岛素水平及胰岛素敏感性相关㈨。本研究通过测定2型糖尿病(T2DM)人群血清ATGL水平,探讨其与糖脂代谢的关系。
