生津增效汤对食管癌放疗患者免疫功能及外周血细胞凋亡影响的研究

Effects of shengjinzengxiao decoction during radiotherapy on the cellular immune function and apoptotic rate in patients with esophageal cancer

目的观察中药生津增效汤对食管癌患者放疗前后细胞免疫功能及外周血细胞凋亡的影响。方法将154例食管鳞癌患者随机分为放疗组和治疗组,治疗前后分别检测各组外周血自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性、B淋巴细胞、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+水平和细胞凋亡情况。结果放疗同时口服生津增效汤的患者CD3+、NK细胞、B淋巴细胞、CD4+/CD8+值明显高于治疗前的水平(P<0.05),细胞凋亡率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论生津增效汤可以明显改善食管癌患者放疗后的细胞免疫功能状态,减少外周血细胞凋亡。

Objective To study the effects of Chinese herbs shengjinzengxiao decoction with radiotherapy （K-RT） on the immune function and apoptotic rate of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods In 154 prospectively randomized patients receiving radiotherapy vs patients receiving sbengjinzengxiao decoction and radiotherapy, CD^3＋ , CD^4＋/CD^8＋ , B cells, NK cells and apoptotic rate were measured. Results The mean level of NK cells, B cells, CD^3＋ , CD4＋/CD^8＋ were increased after treated by Shengjinzengxiao decoction during irradiation, while the level of apoptotic rate was decreased. Conclusion Chinese herbs shengjinzengxiao decoction during radiation therapy may improve the cellular immune function of patients and decrease cell apoptotic rate.
