微柱凝胶免疫分析技术检测血小板抗体 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨微柱凝胶免疫分析技术(MGIA)检测血小板抗体的临床应用价值。方法采用MGIA分别对146例血液病患者和87名健康体检者进行血小板抗体检测,以血小板增高指数(CCI)作为判定血小板输注无效(PTR)的标准,分析其与PTR的关系。结果根据1h后CCI值判断,146例患者中发生PTR28例。输注机采血小板次数<3次的血液病患者共9例,血小板抗体未检出阳性;3次≤输注次数<10次的患者血小板抗体阳性率为15%(8/53);10次≤输注次数<20次阳性率为22%(8/36);20次≤输注次数<30次阳性率为29%(6/21);≥30次阳性率高达75%(6/8)。结论血小板抗体的产生与输注的量和频率有关。MGIA检测血小板抗体简单快速,准确可靠,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical value of micro-column gel immunoassay analysis (MGIA) being used for platelet antibody test. Methods Using MGIA to detect platelet antibody of 146 cases of hematopathy patients and 87 cases of normal healthy persons, we can determine PTR with corrected counted increment (CCI) as the standard and analyze the relationship between CCI and PTR. Results According to the CCI value judgment after one hour, 28 cases were PTR positive in 146 patients. There were zero positive of 9 cases of patients who received less than 3 times platelet by platelet transfusion machine, and the positive rate was 15% (8/53) with transfusion between 3 to 10 times, 22%(8/36) with transfusion between 10 to 20 times, 29% (6/21) between 20 to 30 times, and 75% (6/8) with more than 30 times. Conclusion Platelet antibodies production is related with the transfusion volume and frequency. MGIA can simply, rapidly and accurately detect platelet antibody, and it is worth choosing.
