三缸组合厕所预防肠寄生虫感染效果的前瞻性队列研究

Prospective Cohort Study of the Effect of Threecell Pits Latrines on Preventing Intestinal Parasitic Infection

为观察三缸组合厕所预防肠寄生虫感染效果，于１９８９～１９９３年对德清县莫干山乡建厕村和对照村人群进行了前瞻性队列研究。结果表明：在阳性者驱虫治疗２年后，建厕村人群的肠线虫感染率显著低于对照村人群（χ２＝７．０９，Ｐ＜０．０１）。无洗手习惯、有吃生食习惯的建厕村人群肠线虫感染率明显低于对照村相同习惯人群，是否用新鲜粪施肥、赤脚劳动习惯和厕所运行状况与人群肠线虫感染有显著联系。总之，三缸厕所预防肠线虫感染有一定效果。

In order to observe the effects of threecell pits latrines on preventing intestinal parasitic infection,a prospective cohort study on the population in the village,in which 400 threecell pits latrines had been built,and controls was carried out during 1989-1993 in Moganshan township,Deqing countyThe results showed that,in the village using threecell pits latrine,the intestinal nemic infection rates among the population,who had recieved anthelminthic treatment 2 years ago,were lower than those of controls,(χ2=709,P<001),and the infection rates of the residents with unhealthy habits,such as nowashing hands and eating uncooked food frequently were also lower than those of controls with the same habitsThe conditions,including using fresh excreat as farmlynd fertiliger,barefoot labouring,improper management of latrine significantly associated with human intestinal nemic infectionThe application of threecell pits latrine was effective for preventing intestinal nemic infection in some degree,but not the only and decisive factor
