辅导员队伍理想信念教育的内容既包括坚定的中国特色社会主义共同理想信念和共产主义远大理想信念,也包括爱岗敬业、乐于奉献、为人师表、淡薄名利的职业理想信念;加强辅导员队伍理想信念教育应在科学发展观的指导下,从组织教育、自我教育、政策环境、理论研究等方面着手加以推进。

College counselors＇ ideal and belief education contains establishing the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the lofty ideal of communism. It also includes education of professional ethics such as enthusiasm and devotion to work, commitment and dedication and sacririce, exemplary virtue and indifference to fame or gain. College counselors＇ ideal and belief education must be strengthened with the scientific outlook on development and pushed forward from the aspects of organizational education, self--education, policy environment and theoretical research.
