摘要
目的探讨溴甲烷对高级中枢神经系统电生理学的影响。方法采用呼吸道吸入法制成家兔急性溴甲烷中毒模型,观察中毒后家兔脑电地形图各频段功率值的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,染毒兔的脑电活动明显抑制,脑波慢化且呈弥漫性。地形图表现为δ,θ频段功率值明显升高(P<0.01),而反映大脑皮层兴奋过程的β频段功率则明显降低(P<0.05),α频段染毒后功率无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论溴甲烷对中枢神经系统具有一定的毒性作用,可明显抑制大脑的生物电活动,从而影响脑的高级功能。
Objective To observe the effect of methyl bromid(CH3Br) on biologicelectricity of cerebral cortex in rabbit.Method The model of CH3Br poisoned rabbits were made by inhaling the air mixed with CH3Br.The changes of brain electricity activity mapping(BEAM) were observed andrecorded.Result The brain electrical activity was depressed inpoisoned rabbits.There was an inseased voltage in δ and θ frequency and a decreased voltage in BEAM of poisoned rabbits.There was a sigenificant difference between experimental and control groups(P<[WT5”BZ]0.01,P<0.05). But there was no sigificant change in (P>0.05).Conclusion CH3Br has a poisonous effect on central nervous system.It influences the superior function of brain by inhibiting the biologic electrical activity of cerebral cortex.
