企业创新管理的开放模式研究

To Research on Opening Pattern of Enterprise Innovating Management

提升企业竞争力企业必须进行创新管理。随着经济一体化的发展,企业并不是单独的个体,企业的创新并不仅仅是企业的独立行为,而是包括企业内部因素:决策者,执行者和一线作业者;外部因素:公共服务部门,供应商,销售商,以及消费者。在诸多因素中,起到连接作用的企业知识管理数据库。通过创新开放模式分析,提出了促进企业创新的几点建议:企业的全员参与创新;加强企业的供应链管理;加强产学研联合;政府为企业提供良好的公共服务。

The enterprise must carry on the innovation management which can promote the enterprise competitive power. Along with the development of economic integration, the enterprise is not the independent individual ,and the enterprise＇s innovation is not only enterprise＇s independent behavior including the enterprise＇s internal factors： Policy-maker, performer and worker ; External factors： Collective services department, supplier, seller, as well as consumer. In these factors, knowledge management database is the bridge of these factors. Finally this paper gives some suggestions： Enterprise＇s whole staffs participate in the innovation; Strengthen the management of SCM; Strengthens the union of the school, enterprise and institution; The government provides the good collective services for entervrise.
