土地集约利用评价模型现状综述

Present Research on Evaluting Models of Land Intensive Use

城市土地集约利用评价已经逐渐成为国内学术界的研究热点,主要研究内容包括评价对象、指标体系构建、评价方法和结果的应用,其中评价模型的构建是难点。在参考大量文献的基础上,对现阶段常用的几种土地集约利用评价模型进行了总结,分析了各自的优缺点以及今后的研究方向。

evaluations of urban land intensive use have become a hot research topic in domestic academia, it included evaluation objectst, Index System, evaluation methods and application of the results. Among them, how to conduct good evaluation model is difficult, this paper summarized several common evaluation models of land intensive use based on lots of references, analyed their deficiency ,and the future trend of evaluation models.
