外植体褐化是植物组织培养过程中经常遇到的问题,这已成为影响组培成功的主要障碍。结合近几年的研究,对导致植物组织培养中外植体发生褐化的形式和发生机理、影响褐化的内外因素以及防止和减少褐化的基本途径等进行了阐述,并对解决组织培养中褐化这一难题提出了展望。

Material browning is a problem in plant tissue culture and is a very important factor that cart influence the success of plant tissue. Combined with the recent years＇ research, the purpose of this article is to summarize several aspects such as the theories of browning in plant tissue culture,the factors on browning, the countermeasures against browning in practice, and to discuss the possible solutions to the browning.
