碳弧灯使用对工人心电图的影响

Effect of Use of Carbon Arc Lamp (CAL) on Workers' Electrocardiogram

采用配对研究的方法对73名碳弧灯粉尘接触工人及其配对对照工人的心电图进行检查,结果显示：接尘组的心电图异常率明显高于对照组,认为可能是碳弧灯粉尘中的碳在使用或生产时不完全燃烧所释放的一氧化碳被接触工人吸人所致,结果提示碳弧灯粉尘对接触工人的心功能有一定的影响。

By using the method of pair matching study, the electrocardiogram of 73 workers who were exposed to CAL duste and the matching control workers was examined. The results showed that the incidence of abnormal electrocardiogramin the exposed group was significantly higher than that of the contred group. According to the author it was possibly caused by the exposedworker's breathing in CO, which was released while the carbon in CAL dusts incompletely burmed in the procness of manufacturing or operation. The results suggested that the CAL dusts had some effec on the heart function of the exposed workers.
