风沙地2种菊芋生长节律及光合特性的比较研究 被引量:7

Comparison Study on Growth Rhythm and Photosynthesis Characteristics for Two Varieties of Jerusalem Artichoke in Wind-sandy Land

摘要 以红菊芋和白菊芋为材料,在科尔沁沙地对其主要植物学特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,红菊芋和白菊芋地上部器官生长量与干物质积累量均在出苗后第56天之前变化缓慢,之后迅速上升,第126天达到峰值(分别为:株高217.5和108.5 cm,根粗1.10和0.75 cm,绿叶数40.2和32.5个,叶干物质含量分别为46.68和24.64 g/株,茎干物质含量分别为296.85和170.08 g/株),之后开始迅速转向块茎生长,块茎干物质积累峰值出现在第161天(分别为298.15和230.67 g/株)。叶面积指数在出苗后第56天之前变化缓慢,之后呈对数式生长,第126天达到峰值(分别为6.55和3.74),然后迅速下降。叶绿素相对含量在第126天达到峰值(分别为38.4和36.5)。对2个菊芋品种的主要生长指标进行比较得出:在生态方面,红菊芋作为防风固沙植物要优于白菊芋;在经济方面,红菊芋和白菊芋块茎产量无显著差异,都适合作为经济型作物。 The main plant characteristics of red jerusalem artichoke and white jerusalem artichoke were studied in Keerqin sandy land. The results showed that growth and dry matter accumulation of red jerusalem artichoke and white jerusalem artichoke was very slow before the 56th day,rised rapidly later and reached peak(the height were 217.5 and 108.5 cm,the stem diameter were 1.10 and 0.75 cm,the number of green leaves were 40.2 and 32.5, the dry matter content of leaf were 46.68 and 24.64 g/strain respectively, the dry matter content of stem were 296.85 and 250.08 g/strain) at the 126th day, turned to tuber growth rapidly Later and the peak emerged at the 161st day (298.15 and 230.67 g/strain). The change of LAI was slow before the 56th day,rised logarithmly later, reached peak (6.55 and 3.74 respectively ) at the 126th day, dropped rapidly later. Chlorophyll content reached peak (38.4 and 36.5 ) at the 126th day. As for the main growth indicators of two jerusalem artichokes for comparison in windproof and fixing sand plant the red jerusalem artichoke is superior to the white. As far as the tuber output is concerned, both have no remarkable difference and are fit for being economic crops.
