摘要
试验采用单因素随机区组设计,主要研究了除草剂2甲4氯56%可湿性粉剂对罂粟蕾期植株叶绿素含量(CCI)、光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)的影响,筛选出了2甲4氯灭杀罂粟的最适浓度。试验结果表明,不同浓度的2甲4氯均显著地影响了罂粟的叶绿素相对含量、光合作用,罂粟的光合速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度均随施用浓度的增加而降低;2甲4氯对罂粟光合作用的影响速度较快,喷药后2 h即有显著变化,这一结果与这种除草剂的作用特点是一致的。8 g/L这一浓度可快速、高效地影响罂粟光合作用,并导致其形态畸变、代谢停滞而死亡。
With single-factor randomized block design, effect of the herbicide 4 chloro-2 A 56% wettable powder (located 5 levels) to the opium poppy plant chlorophyll content at bud stage (CCI), photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance( Gs ) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) was studied to screen safe, efficient application concentration 4 chloro-2 A. The experimental results show that different concentrations of 4 chloro-2 A significantly affected the relative content of chlorophyll, photosynthesis. The photosynthetic rate of opium poppy, the stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration reduced with the increase of concentration of the application. 4 chloro-2 A showed fast effect photosynthesis, in two hours after spraying it changed significantly. The results and the role of the characteristics of this herbicide is consistent. 8 g / L concentration could fast efficient affect photosynthetic of opium poppy and lead to distortion of its morphology, metabolism, stagnation and death.
