摘要
联合使用中和沉淀、混凝沉淀和硫化沉淀法对印制电路板生产厂含铜废水进行处理试验,探讨了各种因素对含铜废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,在控制pH=4.5~6.5条件下,按3.5~5.5mg·L-1的加入量加入质量分数5%的硫化钠溶液,搅拌反应4min后,调节pH到8.5~9.5,分别按50mg·L-1的量加入聚合氯化铝溶液(质量分数5%)和5mg·L-1的量加入阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺溶液(质量分数0.1%),处理后废水中Cu2+的质量浓度小于0.5mg·L-1。工程试车结果表明,采用本工艺路线处理后,出水中Cu2+的质量浓度达到GB8978—1996规定的一级排放标准。
The treatment test of printed circuit board production wastewater has been carried out by union using neutral precipitation method, coagulation precipitation method and curing precipitation method. The effect of pH value, reaction temperature, reaction time, dosages of sodium sulfide and PAM on copper-containing wastewater treatment was investigated, The test results showed that under the condition of room temperature, pH value 4.5,--6.5, adding 5% sodium sulfide solution 3.5-5.5 mg·L^-1 to the wastewater and reacting 4 minutes, then under the condition ofpH value 8.5--9.5, adding 5% PAC solution 50mg·L^-1 and 0.1% PAM solution 5 mg·L^-1. The Cu^2+ mass concentration of the treated wastewater is 〈 0.5 mg·L^-1. The practice results showed that when printed circuit board wastewater is treated by this process, the effluent water quality meets or superior to the requirement of the first class of the standard, GB 8978-1996.
