包钢尾矿渗漏水回用的反渗透预处理工艺的中试研究

PILOT RESEARCH ON PRETREATMENT PROCESS OF REVERSE OSMOSIS TECHNOLOGY FOR REUSE OF BAOGANG TAILINGS WATER

包钢尾矿渗漏水经过石灰纯碱软化、加药混凝沉淀、活性碳过滤等预处理满足反渗透膜的进水要求,此工艺用于包钢尾矿渗漏水的深度处理,出水完全可以达到包钢工业净环水水质标准,回用于包钢的工业生产,提高水的重复利用率,节约用水。

Baogang＇s tailings water had reached the requirement of water feeding of the reverse osmosis membrane after it was pretreated by the following procedures： lime-soda softening, flocculation, active carbon filtration. This process was used to deeper treat tailing water of Baogang and the quality of the treated water had reached the standard of circulating water of Baogang and was reused to industrial yield, which can improve water recycle rate and save water resource.
