摘要
介绍了圆柱滚子轴承的3自由度模型的建立方法,分析了滚子与套圈、滚子与保持架、套圈与保持架间的接触或碰撞关系。介绍了使用Fortran 90编写的轴承动力学分析软件包BA的程序架构。得到了滚子的运动速度、滚子与内、外圈间的接触载荷与保持架质心的运动轨迹等,并通过案例分析了圆柱滚子轴承的动力学性能,验证了BA的分析能力。
The models of the roller and races are established with respect to the relationships of contact or collisions between roller and race, roller and cage, and race and cage. The program BA which was programmed by the Fortran 90 for dynamic analysis is introduced,and the velocities of milers and loads between them and inner or outer races, and the cage mass center orbit are obtained. The dynamic performance of cylindrical roller bearings is analyzed with numerical simulation of the BA package for the cases in some given operation conditions.
