摘要
运用空间几何学原理与零件之间相互关联的尺寸链,研究了某型三球销式等速万向节在圆周方向的间隙计算问题,推导出了间隙计算式,进一步分析了圆周间隙值的变化规律,并通过试验验证了公式的正确性。
The paper discusses the calculation method of the circumferential clearance of the tripod constant velocity joint by using the principles of the space geometry and dimension chain and concludes circumferential clearance formulas. According to the formula, analyses of the changing discipline of the circumferential clearance are made. The correcmess of the formula is confirmed by experiment.
