Plk1在胃癌中的表达及与临床病理因素关系

Relationship Between the expression of Plkl Gene and Pathobiological Behaviors of Gastric Carcinoma

目的:观察Plkl在胃癌发展不同阶段中的表达,探讨分析它与胃癌临床病理指标之间的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化方法,对49例胃癌及其相应的癌旁非癌胃粘膜中Plkl表达进行检测。结果:Plkl在非癌粘膜和胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0和83.67%;两组比较差别十分显著(P<0.01)。Plkl表达与侵润深度、胃癌淋巴结转移和临床分期相关(P<0.05)。结论:Plkl可能参与胃癌的侵袭和转移过程。

Objective ：To detect the expression of Plkl gene in gastric carcinoma , and to investigate the significance of Plkl gene expression in progression of gastric carcinoma. Methods ： The expressions of Plkl were evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 49 eases of gastric carcinoma and tbe adjacent normal mucosa. Results ： The positive rates of Plk1 gene expression were 0 and 83.67% in adjacent normal mueosa and gastric carcinoma , respectively. And significant difference in expression of Plkl was found between gastric carcinomas and the adjacent normal mucosa （P〈0.01）. The expression of Plkl was significantly correlated with tumor clinicopathologieal stage and lymph node metastasis gastric carcinoma （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Decreased expressions of Plk1 gene were significantly correlated with progression and pathobiologieal behaviors of the stomach carcinoma.
