慢性咳嗽的临床诊治体会

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough

目的：观察应用中西医结合方法治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：将2004年1月2008年1月我院收治的慢性咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例，两组患者在年龄、性别、咳嗽时间等方面无显著性差异（P〉0.05），具有可比性。对照组采用常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上，给予复方丹参注射液治疗。结果：经过治疗，治疗组总有效率为92.50％，对照组总有效率为73.68％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）具有统计学意义。结论：使用中西医结合方法治疗慢性咳嗽，效果明显由于单纯使用西医治疗，能缩短病程、提高疗效，取得了较好的治疗作用，值得临床研究推广运用。
