沐舒坦注射液治疗慢性支气管炎240例疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨沐舒坦注射液治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法:将我院240例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组静脉滴注沐舒坦注射液,观察组雾化吸入沐舒坦注射液。结果:经过治疗,观察组的总有效率为94.17%,明显高于对照组的84.17%(P<0.05);两组的肺功能均有显著改善,但观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:使用沐舒坦注射液治疗慢性支气管炎是一种给药方便、安全、疗效明显的方法,值得临床推广。
