后腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张

Retroperitoneal laparoscope in varicocele by high ligation of the spermatic veins

目的:探讨后腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床价值。方法:回顾分析后腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张47例患者的临床资料,并评价手术方法的优缺点。结果:47例患者手术均获成功,手术时间25～65min,平均(38.6±13.2)min,基本无出血,术后第2d拔除导尿管,术后2～4d出院,平均(2.8±0.6)d。结论:后腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术可避免开腹手术对腹腔的干扰和输精管的误伤,尽管费用稍高,仍不失为一种效果可靠、对机体干扰轻、并发症少、康复快、复发率低的治疗手段,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To verify the therapeutic effects of retroperitoneal laparoscope in treatment of varicocele by high ligation of the spermatic veins. Methods：The clinical data were examined in 47 case undergone high ligation of the sperimatic veins by approach of retroperitoneal laparoscope and the effects were evaluated. Results： The procedure achieved in the total 47 cases,and the operation lasted from 25 to 65 min,with an average of （38.6 ± 13.2）min. No bleeding occurred and the catheter was removed the second after the procedure. The hospital stay ranged from 2 to 4 days with an average of （ 2.8 ± 0.6 ） d. Conclusion ： Retroperitoneal laparoscope is a favorable varicocelectomy by high ligation of the spermatic veins,thought it costs much,the procedure can prevent the spermaduct from being injured by laparotomy, leading to fewer complications, speedy recovery and lower incidence of relapse.
