231名硕士研究生心理健康状况调查分析

Survey and analysis on the mental health of 231 postgraduates

目的:调查研究当前硕士研究生群体的心理健康状况。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对231名硕士研究生进行测试。结果:硕士研究生心理症状筛查阳性率高达43.70%;与全国成人常模比较,在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等几个因子上的得分显著高于常模;不同年龄、不同年级、不同婚姻状况、不同工作经历的硕士研究生心理健康状况有显著性差异。结论:当前硕士研究生存在更多的心理健康问题。

Objective： To investigate the mental health status present among postgraduates. Methods ： Symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） was employed to appraise the mental health status in 231 postgraduates. Results： 43.70% of the postgraduates were in abnormal psychological state. Compared with the national Chinese adult norm, the subjects scored over on the essential factors such as somatization disorder,depressed mood,anxiety, hostile feeling, feeling of fear, paranoid idea and even mental illness. Also,the mental condition varied significantly in terms of different ages, grades, marital status and work experience. Conclusion：Poor mental health is nowadays popular in a considerable nuraber of postgraduates.
