摘要
为了研究弹丸在侵彻凸体时所产生的偏转及其影响因素,利用LS-DYNA3D显式非线性动态分析有限元程序,建立了一种研究弹丸侵彻金属凸体偏转效应的有限元分析模型。对弹丸侵彻金属凸体过程进行了数值模拟,分析了金属凸体的形状、尺寸和空实心情况等因素对偏转效果的影响,得到了反映弹丸侵彻各类凸体时的偏转特性曲线。进行了小规模试验,与数值模拟结果进行了比较,得出了优选导偏体的相关结论,为设计抗弹丸侵彻结构提供了依据。
To study the yawing of the projectile and its influencing factors, the LS-DYNA3D code was used to establish the finite element analysis model. The process of the projectile penetrating into convex was simulated. The influencing factors such as shape, size, hollow and solid etc were taken into account and several deflexion curves of the projectile were proved. Small scale experiments were carried out. The resuits of the penetrating experiment and some conclusions of optimizing convex for yawing provides references for the designing of anti-penetration construction.
