新生隐球菌荚膜形成条件的对比研究

摘要 目的:探讨新生隐球菌荚膜体外形成条件,为实验教学提供一种简便、安全、成本低、效果好的实验方法。方法:采用试管培养法,用麦芽糖代替葡萄糖配制培养基并加入不同浓度的兔血清和(或)维生素B1,观察新生隐球菌在不同培养基上荚膜的形成情况。结果:新生隐球菌在含1.4 mL 6%麦芽糖+0.4 mL兔血清+0.2 mL维生素B1的培养基中培养4天荚膜形成最佳。结论:在1.4 mL 6%麦芽糖+0.4 mL兔血清+0.2 mL维生素B1的培养基中新生隐球菌可形成典型荚膜。 Objective:To research the condition of the capsule in-vitro forming of Cryptococcus neoformans, providing a simple, safe, low-cost, elective experimental method for experimental teaching. Method: With the method of tube cultivation, maltose which take the place of the glucose was used to make the culture medium, rabbit's serum and (or) Vitamin B1 was added to the culture medium, to observe the forming of the capsule of Cryptococcus neoformans in different culture medium. Result: The capsule of Cryptococcus neoformans grew best in the culture medium which made up of 1.4 mL 6% maltose + 0.4 mL rabbit's serum + 0.2 mL Vitamin B1 cultivated for four days. Conclusions: Cryptococcus neoformans can form typical capsule in the culture medium which made up of 1.4 mL 6% maltose +0.4 mL rabbit's serum +0.2 mL Vitamin B1.
