脑卒中急性期空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白Alc及乳酸脱氢酶的测定值与预后 被引量:2

Values of Blood Glucose and Glycosylated Hemoglobin Combined with Lactate Dehydrogenase in Acute Stroke Patients

摘要 目的:探讨急性脑卒中时空腹血糖(FBS)、糖化血红蛋白Alc(HbAlc)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)联合测定的临床意义。方法:50例急性脑卒中患者进行欧洲脑卒中(ESS)评分,测定FBS、HbAlc、LDH及中性粒细胞(NEUT)比例,按疾病类型及FBS与HbAlc联合两种方法分组,比较各组间指标差异。结果:脑出血组的ESS评分低于脑梗死组,NEUT高比例的发生率及LDH水平高于脑梗死组(P<0.05),非糖尿病性高血糖组ESS评分低于正常血糖组(P<0.01)和糖尿病性高血糖组(P<0.05),NEUT高比例的发生率及LDH水平高于正常血糖组(P<0.01)和糖尿病性高血糖组(P<0.05)。结论:高FBS伴HbAlc正常的急性脑卒中患者的LDH水平高,病情重。 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of blood glucose and HbAIc combined with lactate dehydrogenase in acute stroke patients. Methods: 50 patients hospitalized with acute stroke were divided into different groups by types of stroke and FBS with HbAlc. ESS scores, blood pressure,fast blood glucose, HbAlc,serum lipids, LDH and percentage of neutrophil were also measured. Results: Compared with ischemie strokes, ESS scores were significantly lower in hemorrhagic strokes, but the level of LDH and the incidence of the high percentage of neutrephil were higher(P 〈 0.05). ESS score in cases of hyperglyeaemia without DM was significantly lower than that in normal FBS( P 〈 0.01 ) and hyperglycaemia with DM(P 〈 0.05). The level of LDH and the incidence of the high percentage of neutrephil in cases of hyperglycaemia without DM were higher than those in normal FBS( P 〈0.01 ) and hyperglyeaemia with DM (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: The results suggest that acute stroke patients who have hyperglyeaemia with normal HbAlc have higher levels of LDH and more critical conditions.
