摘要 介绍了发明问题解决理论——TRIZ的冲突概念和冲突解决原理及问题求解的过程,针对如何降低压缩机振动量的问题进行了TRIZ解析,并在第14条发明原理的启发下,得到了特定的解决方案——改变储液器壳体为折弯结构,并通过试验验证了方案的合理性和正确性。 The theory of inventive problem solving which includes conflict conception, conflict solving principle and solving problem process of TRIZ is introduced. The problem how to reduce the volume of vibration of compressor is analyzed by TRIZ. The specific solution that the shell of receiver is changed into bending structure is inspired by the 14th the principle of invented. Its rationality and correctness is verified by experiment.
