火炮供输弹系统故障模式和影响分析研究

Study on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis of Gun's Loader System

在分析其结构特点的基础上,将故障模式和影响分析技术应用于火炮供输弹系统。首先画出了系统方框图,然后找出了供输弹系统可能存在的故障模式、发生故障的原因和故障可能造成的后果,给出了故障检测方法和补偿措施,最后建立了FMEA表格。

Basing on the analysis of it＇s structure character, the failure mode and effect analysis （FMEA） is applied to the loader system of gun. First, the block schematic diagram of loader system is drawn, then its possible failure modes, the causes of failures and the effect of failures are obtained, and the method of failure test and maintenance is given. Finally the FMEA form of the loader system is built.
