摘要
设计了一基于等离子体与光催化耦舍技术的气态污染物去除装置,介绍了污染物的净化流程设计、脉冲电晕等离子体专用电源、等离子发生器和负载型光催化剂以及等离子与光催化有效耦合形式的设计。检验和实验结果表明,该装置符合国家规定的电器性能指标,对典型的气态有机污染物有较高的出去率(80%-100%),对气体中的除尘率可达96.9%,对微生物的杀灭率达100%。
A new equipment based on plasma combined with photocatalysis for air purification is developed. The working flow of air purifi- cation was set down. An electric source of Pulsed Corona Induced Plasma was developed. The generator of plasma was optimized. The TiO2-Loaded porous active carbon fibre photocatalytic material was fabricated. A special part combining with plasma and photocatalysis was designed. The testing result showed that the device is efl]cient to clean VOCs .
