Design of Automatic Grooving Machine for Short Solid Wood Flooring Reuse

针对家装铺实木地板时的短头问题,设计了一种简便、快捷、新型的短实木地板开槽装置。主要包括铣刀装置、进给装置、夹持定位装置、纵向调节装置及总体设计。控制部分采用单片机及步进电机控制,本开槽机可实现对各种材质和规格的实木地板进行再开槽加工。目前,市场上尚无一种针对实木地板短头再利用的开槽装置,该开槽机的采用,将有效减少实木地板的浪费,符合绿色环保。

Aiming at the problems in short head while paving solid wood flooring in family decoration, designed a simple, rapid, new type of grooving machine for short solid wood flooring, it including milling cutter device, feed device, gripping and location device, longitudi- naland device and overall design.The control part controlled by MCU with stepping motor, it can reprocess all sorts of material and specification solid wood flooring. At present, there is no a kind of grooving machine for short head of solid wood flooring reuse in the market, it will reduce the waste of solid wood flooring and accord with green environmental protection if using this grooving machine.
