摘要
随着人们对汽车舒适性的要求不断提高,提高减振效果、减少传动系的噪声是汽车制造业迫切需要解决的问题。本文设计了一种新型大转角减振离合器,采用偏心凸轮摩擦阻尼减振系统结构,依靠偏心力矩和摩擦力矩传递扭矩,利用钢板弹簧的弹性变形代替普通弹簧,增加扭转角度。该离合器结构紧凑、加工工艺简单,提高了接合平顺性和乘客的舒适度。
With the people's increasing needs of automobile's comfortableness, how to improve damping effect and lower drive system's noise is an urgent problem to solve. In this article, a new type of large turn-angle damping clutch is designed, which applies an eccentric cam friction damping system structure, transfer torsion moment through eccentric and fric6on force moment and uses steel plate spring's elastical distortion instead of genera/spring so as to increase torsion angle. This kind o^clutch has a compact structure and a simple producing handi- craft, and improves joint smoothility and comfortableness.
