摘要
介绍了煤矿井下胶带输送机断带保护研究的目的与意义;对目前钢绳芯胶带接头损伤预警检测方法进行了阐述;提出了断带捕捉保护,避免事故扩大的思路;并简要介绍了捕捉装置的原理及捕捉过程。
The paper expounds the significance of how to protect the assembly belt when broken in the coal mine, introduces the method of breaking knit prediction of iron rope core and the protecting method when broken to avoid the spread of the damage. In addition, the paper summarizes the principle and process of the catching device.
