PASSIM-12K卷接机组是我国上世纪90年代初引进的烟草机械产品,限于当时技术水平,其电控系统现在看来存在一些问题。针对这些问题提出了采用S7-300PLC进行升级改造的方案,并就其电控系统的硬件组成和控制程序设计等方面进行了较详细的介绍。

Passim-12K Cigarette Making and Filter Assembhng Group is imported from British MOLINS company to China in the early 1990s, its electrical control system has some problems as hmited that times technology level. Aiming at those problems, this paper proposes upgrading scheme by siemens S7-300 PLC, and its hardware structure and control program design aspects of the control system are introduced in detail.
