摘要
基于以往电机调速算法的的发展,本文结合电火花加工的实际环境设计了适合电火花加工的S型曲线调速模块,并实现了调速模块的硬件和软件编程设计。利用DSPBuilder将模块化的设计转换成VHDL硬件描述语言应用到整体电火花加工系统中。调速模块的设计分别在Simulink和modelsim环境下进行了仿真验证。结果表明S型曲线调速模块可靠性高,具有很好的调速效果。
Based on the development of the motor speed control algorithmin in the past, this article has combined with the actual EDM environment suitable for EDM governor of the S-curve speed module, and achieve the design of hardware and software programming for the speed Regulation algorithm.This module has been changed into VHDL hardware description language,which applied to the whole EDM system by the DSP Builder tools.This speed regulation algorithm is simulated in Simulink and Modelsim environment.The result shows that the reliability of the S-curve speed regulation module is high,with a very good speed regulation result.
