摘要
为研究某双基固体推进剂药柱的本构关系,对固体推进剂试件进行了不同温度、不同应力水平条件下的单轴拉伸实验,分析了其力学行为的非线性特性,得到了与应力水平相关的蠕变本构关系和与应变率相关的单向拉伸本构关系.结果表明,固体推进剂药柱力学性能与时间、温度、应力强烈相关.所得到的双基固体推进剂的蠕变本构关系及单向拉伸本构关系与实验结果比较吻合.
To study the eonstitutive relationship of double-base(DB) solid propellant grain, uniaxial tension tests were carried out under different stress and temperatureS, and the nonlinear property of mechanical behavior was analyzed. The creep constitutive relationship that is relevant to initial stress, and uniaxial tension constitutive relationship that is relevant to initial strain rate were established. The results show that the mechanical behavior of DB solid propellant grain depends strongly on time, temperature and stress, and the creep constitutive relationship and uniaxial tension constitutive relationship proved to be fit for the experimental data well.
