两相冲击射流对垂直挡板冲蚀的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用标准k-ε模型、Lagrange颗粒轨道模型分别计算了喷管出口压比为1.5和2.5时,喷管出口与挡板间距为6倍和8倍喷管出口半径情况下,固体火箭燃气垂直冲击到挡板上形成的纯气相及两相冲击流场,对比分析了单相与两相冲击流场结构.用冲蚀与沉积模型计算了颗粒对挡板的机械冲蚀率,分析了挡板冲蚀率分布与冲击区流场结构、流场中颗粒分布及运动轨迹之间的关系,计算结果与试验结果基本一致. With the standard k -ε model and Lagrange particle trajectory model, the pure gas and gas-particle two please impinging jet flow field of solid rocket motor(SRM) on the vertical plate were calculated, while the nozzle exit pressure ratio is 1.5, 2.5, and the distance between the plate and nozzle exit is 6, or 8 times of the exit radius respectively. The structural differences between single and two phase flow field were analyzed. The mechanical erosion rate of the plate caused by particles was calculated with particle erosion and accretion module. The dependence of distribution of erosion rate on flow structure of impinging jets, distribution of particles in the flow field, and particle trajectory, was studied. The numerical results are in good agreement with those of the experiments.
