超长精密摩擦滚子的变形补偿

摘要 本文主要介绍了TFT-LCD摩擦设备中超长精密摩擦滚子的变形补偿加工方法。对TFT-LCD摩擦设备的超长精密摩擦滚子进行变形量计算和测量,采用切削补偿的方法可以有效地抵消摩擦滚子因自重产生的挠曲变形,提高摩擦质量。 The rubbing alignment technology has become a widely application of LC alignment technology in TFT-LCD produce process.This paper mainly introduces the deformation compensation technology for the super-long precise rubbing roller of TFT-LCD rubbing devices. The flexural deformation of the roller due to its self-weight can be effectivety counteracted with the method of cutting compensation, based on catculation and measurement carried out on the roller deformation. Thus the rubbing quality can be improved at last.
