摘要
运用班杜拉自我效能理论,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法,将影响自我效能感的五种因素作为干预手段对体育专业健美操普修教学进行实验研究。结果表明:实验班成绩优于对照班,且有非常显著的差异。可见,在健美操教学中不断培养和激发学生的自我效能感,可以有效地提高健美操教学效果和运动成绩。建议在健美操教学中广泛应用。
With the self- efficiency theory by A · Dula and the methods of documents, questionnaire, experiment and statistics, it adopted 5 factors of the self - efficiency senses as an intervene to carry on experiment research for aerobics teaching. It has been shown that the achievement of the experiment class is superior to that of control class and there is a significant difference. It can improve the aerobics teaching result and sports achievement effectively to train and stimulate the students' self - efficiency senses in aerobics teaching constantly. It is suggested that the extensive application should be applied in aerobics teaching.
