On the Cultivation of Intelligent Secretary in College

随着社会的发展,秘书工作职能不断拓展,秘书工作智能化的要求不断加强。普通高校秘书教学应确定自身在整个秘书教育体系中应承担的责任,以培养符合社会需要的应用型、智能型秘书人才为己任。其主要途径包括:注重专业建设,营造智能化秘书人才培养的环境;重视课堂教学,以科学合理的教学方式提高学生的秘书工作智能化水平;拓展实践空间,建好第二课堂。

The study of secretary is an applicable course. Both the functions as a secretary and the requirement of secretary with highly inteUigent abilities are on the rise as a result of the great damand from the society. As part of secretary education, college secretary study should establish its own clear targets：cultivate qulified secretaries with practical skills and great intelligence. To achieve the targets, the construction of the study of secretary should be emphasized and ideal learning environment should be offered. Classroom teaching, scientific teaching methods, adequate practical training and after-class activities should also be available.
