The main issue about the navigational faculty of marine colleges is reflected in the adequate number, navigational competence and experience, formal education and English language ability. To resolve this issue, solutions are tentatively put forward in such respects as the development of creative management system, the implementation of teachers＇ middle-and-long-term construction and training plan, and the talent introduction on a large scale.
