我国中药企业知识产权保护与发展战略研究

On Protection and Development Strategy of Chinese Medicine Enterprises' Intellectual Properties

中医药是我国最具国际竞争优势的传统产业之一。大力加强当前中药企业的知识产权保护意识,坚持并按照"激励创造、有效运用、合理保护、科学管理"[1]的指导方针,建立合理有效的知识产权工作机制,是加速提升现有中药企业核心竞争力的有效途径,也是加速我国中药现代化、国际化进程,使中医药走向世界的关键所在。本文运用SWOT研究和分析的方法,对当前中药企业知识产权工作的优势、劣势、机遇以及威胁和挑战等问题进行了客观地评价及分析,同时提出了中药企业知识产权工作发展的战略重点和战略措施。

Chinese medicine manufacturing is one of China＇s traditional industries with high international competitiveness advantage. At present,measures should be taken to strengthen the Chinese medicine manufacturing enterprises＇ awareness of intellectual property protection,to adhere to the guidelines of encouraging creation, effective application, reasonable protection and scientific management and to establish appropriate and effective working mechanism for intellectual property protection. All these are considered as effective ways to upgrade the enterprises＇ existing core competitiveness,as well as the key to accelerating the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine. Using SWOT method, evaluation and analysis are made of the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese medicine enterprises and the opportunities, threats and challenges they are facing. Then strategic measures are put forward for the development of the enterprises＇ intellectual property protection.
