省会城市功能发挥与“两型社会”城市群建设

Provincial Capitals' Function and the Construction of City Groups in Two-oriented Society

近年来武汉城市圈和长株潭城市群都出现一定的增长变化趋势。研究发现,长沙在长株潭城市群中的经济影响较大而在全省的经济影响偏小,而武汉在城市群中的经济影响偏小而在全省中的经济影响较大。本文推断,在国家核心城市——"两型社会"城市群中省会核心城市与"两型社会"城市群其他城市之间存在经济与资源环境利用的梯度规律。最后提出推动省会城市和城市群其他城市分工合作、利用好国家扩大内需政策的建议。

This paper analyses the increase trends of Wuhan and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Groups and finds that Changsha has less influence in Hunan Province but greater influence in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group, while Wuhan has greater influence in Hubei Province but less influence in Wuhan City Group. The next finding is that there are dual echelon rules of the economic and resource ＆ environment usage for the provincial capitals and other cities in city groups in two-oriented society. In the end, the paper proposes some suggestions for developing the industry division and cooperation and making good use of state policy of broadening the internal need.
