教育问责的实质是基于信息披露与传递的责任落实过程。当前影响我国建立高校问责制度的首要因素在于信息不对称。加强高校信息披露工作,解决信息不对称问题,是我国高校问责制度建设的重要思路。

The essence of accountability in colleges and universities is a process of carrying out the responsibility based on the disclosure and transfer of information. Currently the key factor that influences the construction of university accountability system in China lies in information asymmetry. The work of information disclosure in colleges and universities must be further strengthened and solving the problem of information asymmetry is the important way of building university accountability system in China.
