开展全程医疗负责制的探讨

An exploration to conducting full responsibility for overall care

随着人民生活水平的提高，病人对医院的医疗服务有了更高的要求。为此，我院开展全程医疗负责制，其意义在于：①满足病人高质量的医疗服务需求；②有利于培养合格的临床医师；③解决住院医师缺乏带来的工作困难。实施办法：一是组织保证，设立执行主治医师制；二是全程医疗包括病人入院至出院各方面的工作。作为全程医疗的主管医师必须做到“四清楚”和“

With the public living condition improving, patients demand the clinical services higher. Thus, this hospital conducts a full responsibility system for overall care whose meanings are as following: ①to satisfy patients high demand for quality care services; ②to facilitate training of clinicians; ③to solve the work problems caused by the shortage of resident medical officers. The implementation measures are as following: ①institutional guarantee to set up the position of executive attending medical officer; ②the overall care including every process from admission to discharge. The executive attending medical officer with the full responsibility for overall care should meet the reqirement of “four awareness” and “five duties”.
