摘要
采用传播圆的方法分析了平行平面激光谐振腔,给出了激光谐振腔动态运行时热焦距测量的一种方法,并对实验系统的热焦距进行了测量,分析了这种方法的优缺点。
The plane parallel resonator is analyzed by using propagation - circle method. The thermal focal length is measured by steady resonator method, the virtue and disadvantage of this method is analyzed also.
