摘要
阐述了医院学科建设在医院发展中的重要意义,分析了目前医院科室管理的现状,介绍了科室目标管理的基本内涵和特点、组织实施的程序和方法,论述了科室实施目标管理的注意事项。
Major motive forces of the development and modernization of hospital departments are researched: inspiring and encouraging effects of targets management; promotion of cooperation spirit and team work to maximize the resultant and benefits of endeavours; optimum organization of human and material resources, stressing the need for utilizing previously untapped potentialities; introduction of competition mechanism so as to enable qualified personnel to be free from the effects of the old notions and practice of following seniority; expansion of academic exchange to increase information values in departmental construction and services.
