摘要
目的探讨通过碎石镜(输尿管镜或肾镜)置入膀胱镜外鞘治疗多发性膀胱结石的可行性。方法将膀胱镜外鞘置入尿道,再用碎石镜通过膀胱镜外鞘进行气压弹道碎石取石。结果30例患者膀胱结石完全击碎并取出,平均手术时间30min,无明显并发症发生。结论经膀胱镜外鞘进行碎石取石是安全可靠的,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using lithotriptoscepe （ureteroscope or nephroscope） into the sheath of eystoscope to treat multiple vesical calculi. Methods A sheath of cystoseope was inserted into the bladder.Then pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy was performed under lithotriptoscepe and vesical calcul were removed. Results Calculi were thoroughly removed from the bladder in 30 patients. The operative time was 30 minutes average and had no apparent complications after operation. Conclusion Through the sheath of cystoscope lithotropsy, the treatment of vesical ealcul： are safe and reliable.
