Na_2CO_3胁迫对同德小花碱茅幼苗生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 用不同浓度Na2CO3处理同德小花碱茅幼苗,7 d后测定叶片的光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)等生理指标,以研究Na2CO3胁迫对同德小花碱茅幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,低浓度Na2CO3胁迫下,同德小花碱茅幼苗Ci基本保持不变,Pn、Tr有所促进,水分利用率有所增加;随着Na2CO3胁迫浓度的增加,Gs、Tr、Pn、Ci均受到抑制,而WUE增大。同德小花碱茅对Na2CO3耐受的极限浓度为1.2%。 The photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate and water use efficiency of Puccinellia tenuiflora cv. Tongde treated with Na2CO3 at different concentrations were measured to study its saline-alkali tolerance. The results showed that the stomatal conductance basically remained unchanged while treated with low concentration Na2CO3, and the photosynthetic rate and transpira- tion rate were improved, water use efficiency was increased; As the Na2 CO3 concentration increased,the stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate decreased respectively, and the water use efficiency increased. The tolerant Na2CO3 concentration of Puccinellia tenuiflora cv. Tongde was 1.2%.
