摘要
抑制消减杂交(SSH)是一种适用于分离2个遗传背景相关的样品之间差异表达基因的技术,目前该技术在植物研究中的应用不是很多。文章主要综述了抑制消减杂交技术在瓜菜类作物不同发育阶段和抗病、逆境胁迫相关的差异表达基因以及其他相关差异基因研究中的应用现状。
Suppression Subtractive Hybridization (SSH)is a technique used for separating differentially expressed genes from two closely related samples. This technique is not yet widely used in gene research of plant. The major utilities of SSH were introduced in this article. These applications include isolation of differentially expressed genes from different developmental stages, disease resistant genes, stress-induced genes, and other differentially expressed genes in cucurbits and vegetables.
